About Us

Education:

Xuping Tang studied Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at the GuangZhou University in China beginning in 1984. She sucessfully graduated in 1989.

In 1997 she passed the NCCAOM examination (including acupuncture and herbal medicine) in the first attempt. She is a certified Chinese Herbalist by the National Board.

In 1999 she received her acupuncture license for Massachusetts.

In 2001 she received her acupuncture license for New Hampshire.

Professional experience:

After her graduation in 1989 Xuping Tang worked five years in the Moxibustion and Orthopedics department in the Beijing Institute of Acupuncture. During this period she gained experience as a physician in the OB-GYN group at the institute's attached hospital. She worked as a teacher's assistant in the Principal OB-GYN course.

After arriving in the United States in 1994 and obtaining her license to practice in the United States she has been working continuously in various acupuncture centers.

Xuping Tang totals more than 18 years of active work experience.
